Visit willsubplus.com and log into your account.
The email set as your user name is likely your campus email address. If you are unsure of your password, please click on Forgot Password and a reset link will be sent to your email address.
1. In the Absences tab of your account, click the Create Absence button.
2. On the Create Absence screen, choose whether or not a substitute is required for the absence.
Then, click the + Add Absence Period button.
3. The Add Absence Period window will pop up. Select an Absence Time.
4. On the calendar, click which days to include in the absence. The days you select will be highlighted in blue. Click the Add button.
5. You will automatically return to the Create Absence screen. Choose an Absence Reason from the drop-down menu.
6. Scroll further down the page to add notes and files for the administrator and/or substitute as needed.
7. At the top of the screen, click the Create button to create the absence without assigning a pre-arranged substitute to the assignment.
PLEASE NOTE: Next to Create, WillSub+ also offers the option to Pre-arrange a Sub. It is not the policy of Enriched to assign a Guest Educator into a role without their approval or consent. If a specific Guest Educator is confirmed or requested, please submit a ticket to our Care Team and ask for the confirmed educator to be assigned.
