WillSub+ is our Enriched Schools guest educator request platform.
1. Log in to your account by going to www.willsubplus.com, entering your login credentials (email and password), and clicking 'Log In'.
***If this is your first time logging in, please click Forgot Password***
2. Your homepage will have the navigation bar below, click on 'Absences'
3. Once you are on 'Absences', select 'Create Request' and click 'Supplemental'
4. Clicking on 'Supplemental Request', will bring you to the following screen. The 'District' will be pre-selected based on your profile settings.
*** Selecting 'Long-term' will provide the opportunity to collect applicants for a role. Note that selecting this box will mean that a GE has to be approved for the role. We ask that this only be checked if our team can have a minimum of 72 hours to field candidates.
*** Selecting 'Fill with Same Sub' will ensure that a multi-day role is filled by 1 GE. If this box is NOT checked and the role entered is multiple days, once created, each day of the role will be made available to different GEs. If you would like to request a single GE for a multi-day role, please check this box.
5. 'Supplemental Request Reason' select 'Guest Educator'
6. 'Position' sets the perimeters for billing and pay. Campus admins should always be selecting their specific campus location (if their network contains multiple campuses). If you have any questions about your network, please connect with our Care Team by submitting a ticket.
7. 'Title' lets our Guest Educators know what they will be doing while they are on campus for the designated role. If a set class or course is not established, please list the need as 'Floater'
8. If your network is a single campus, the 'School' will be pre-selected in your profile. If there are multiple campuses within your network, please select your campus. This field provides our GE with the address of the campus and also populates a map and the option to receive directions via Google.
9. Select '+ Add Request Period' to establish the day(s) and time(s) coverage is needed
10. Once selected, the following pop up will be available
*** when expanded the '> Schedule' box will show the current school schedule.
Three scheduling options are denoted: Full day, half day AM, half day PM.
A fourth scheduling option, 'Custom' is available should the needed coverage hours fall outside of the 3 previous options.
Once a timeframe is established, simply double click on a single date if 1 day of coverage is needed. If multiple days of coverage are needed, single click on the first date needed and single click on the last date needed. Doing so will highlight the designated date range.
Once a date range has been finalized, the 'Add' button can be selected.
11. At the bottom of the Request form, there are boxes to leave notes or attach documents as needed. Please note that the top boxes, content is only visible to campus admins and to Enriched. These boxes can be used to note specific teachers coverage or if Enriched is providing alternate coverage. These boxes should NOT be used to make requests of Enriched. Please submit a ticket if there is a specific need or concern.
Bottom boxes are visible to everyone and GEs receive an attachment alert when items are listed to attached here. Helpful items to include here: parking instructions, contact info for campus POC, bell schedules, information specific to the role or course coverage.
12. Once complete, the 'Summary' box can be reviewed for accuracy. If complete, simply select 'Create' in the upper right corner of the Request form.
*** You will note a box designated as 'Pre-arrange Sub.' We ask that our campus admins NOT use this feature. This feature assigns a role to a GE without their consent. It is the policy of Enriched to confirm GE availability prior to assigning into roles. If you would like to request a specific GE, please submit a ticket for our Care Team and we will confirm with the GE prior to scheduling.
