Please review the following FAQs about time and attendance:
1. GEs are responsible for filling out their timesheets.
If you are having trouble completing your timesheets, please review this helpful tip sheet.
If you still have questions, please submit a ticket to the Care Team.
*GEs should NOT call the support line found in WillSub+ or request campus staff to update their timesheets.
2. The following are NOT in line with the Enriched Attendance Policy:
- Communicating solely within your timesheet (e.g.: marking yourself as a 'No Show')
- Only alerting the campus to a schedule change
- Calling the support line phone number found in WillSub+
**Enriched does not offer phone support
3. Weekly all GEs receive an email reminder to fill out their timesheet for the week prior. Should a timesheet still be empty on Monday, GEs will receive a follow up reminder.
Be advised: Timesheets left empty after the 2nd reminder will be noted as a No Call No Show and reported to our Incidents team.
If you did not work, this needs to be reported to the Care Team by submitting a ticket.
4. It is NOT Enriched policy to assign GEs into roles without their confirmation.
If a GE has been assigned in a role, this was likely actioned by a campus administrator. If a GE did not agree to provide coverage, it is the GE's responsibility to submit a ticket.
Once the Care Team is made aware of this issue, they will:
- Remove the role
- Make the role available to other GEs
- Send corrective communication to the campus
5. Violations to the Enriched Attendance Policy will receive follow up from the ESS/Enriched Incidents team, either by phone or email. If a GE receives follow up from the Incidents team, they should connect back as outlined in the email or voice message.
*Once an incident is reported to the Incidents team, the Care Team is unable to assist with the situation.
