WillSub+ is proprietary software used by Enriched not only to schedule needs for our partner districts but also to track GE time worked. Here are some important notes regarding this system.
1. Notifications – Willsub+ will send you notifications based on your job schedule. Notifications are sent through email and the WS+Jobs app (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store).
a. Upcoming Job – This notification is sent one hour before your start time for the day as a reminder.
b. Submit Time – This notification is sent one hour after your job ends as a reminder to log in to WillSub+ and submit your time worked.
2. Timesheet Submission – Enriched Schools and our school partners require you to submit your time worked through WillSub+. All time submitted is reviewed and verified by Enriched or our school partners.
a. You will be able to submit time 45 minutes after your assignment ends for the day. To submit time, log in to willsubplus.com or use the WS+Jobs app. Within the Timesheets portion of your profile, you will see any pending timesheets. Review your times and then click Submit to submit your time worked.
b. You must submit your time worked for the current week by the end of each week. You can submit
timesheets individually at the end of each day, or you can submit multiple timesheets at the end of each week.
3. You can view timesheets that have been submitted within the past week by clicking Submitted.
*Be advised: Once a timesheet is verified (by Enriched, campus staff or WillSub+) the GE will lose sight to that timesheet. The worked job remains viewable in your Job History
4. Your scheduled time will pre-populate; make updates if needed, then click Submit
5. If you were not able to show up for the assignment, you can check this box and provide a reason.
Please note: Any day you are scheduled/confirmed in WillSub+ is a day a campus is expecting your support. If you are no longer able to support, you should submit a ticket to call out. Simply leaving your timesheet blank or listing yourself as a no show, prevents another GE from accepting your role and is out of line from the Enriched Attendance Policy. Any days noted as no show without a ticket submitted will be reported to our incidents team.
