Submit a ticket for our Care Team. While a Help/Support link is available within the WillSub+ app and willsubplus.com, this does not connect you with Enriched support. As we have a dedicated support team available to GEs, we ask that GEs submit a ticket. Live support is available to GEs from 4am-7pm ET Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, tickets should still be submitted, and they will be addressed once a team member is live online.
I am full time with a specific campus and the school has asked that I let them know when I will be out. Is that enough?
While we appreciate that our GEs have a good relationship with campuses, Enriched is ultimately responsible for the management of GEs schedules, GE pay and providing a replacement in your absence. Regardless of duration of assignment, GEs are welcome to alert the campus but all GEs are required to alert Enriched anytime they will be absent. All calls outs should be in line with the Enriched Attendance Policy.
