To access your Absence Management account, visit AesopOnline.com and sign in with the User ID and PIN provided to you. While you are able to cancel scheduled assignments right from your
account, in line with our Attendance Policy, we ask that cancellation occur no later than 5pm the evening before.
PLEASE NOTE: each district determines a cutoff time for cancellation, after which Guest Educators are no longer able to cancel an assignment without alerting Enriched.
In the event a GE needs to cancel an assignment and the system is not allowing it, or a GE is needing to call out during a multi-day assignment, the Enriched Care Team must be alerted by submitting a ticket or emailing support@enriched-support.zendesk.com.
1. On the interactive calendar found on the homepage, click the date of the assignment needing to be cancelled.
2. An information box will appear displaying the details of the assignment.
3. Click the red Cancel Job button.
4. A confirmation window will appear. Click Yes to confirm removal from the assignment.
Once confirmed, the assignment will be removed from your schedule and released to the greater substitute population in Absence Management.
5. Submit a ticket to the Enriched Care Team alerting them to the cancellation. Submitting a ticket is required to ensure the day was removed from your schedule and to alert our team that a replacement GE is needed.
