When you are hired as a Guest Educator, you are given access to campuses within a metro area. The number of available districts and campuses varies by metro area.
There may be campuses or districts you love to support because...
1. They are close to home/an easy commute
2. The hours of support are convenient for your personal schedule
3. It's a campus or district you have supported for years
When this is the case, it's a good idea to Favorite that campus in your profile. Listing a campus as a Favorite means anytime a role is posted for this campus in WillSub+, you will receive an automatic notification!
Our team understands that you may not be able to support every district or even each campus.
It could be that...
1. The campus is too far from your home/the commute will be too long with traffic
2. You prefer to support particular grades (i.e.: K-5 or only high school)
3. Due to personal circumstances, this campus' requested end time conflicts with your schedule
When this is the case, it's a good idea to Exclude the campus or district from your profile. Excluding a campus means you will not receive notifications when roles are available and roles from any excluded campus will not show in your 'Available Jobs.'
To set these preferences,
1. Log in to your WillSub+ profile, either at willsubplus.com or via the WS+Jobs app. Log in with the email address you have on file and your password.
*If you don’t know your password, select Forgot Password. You will have 10 minutes to reset it through the email sent to you.
2. Once signed into your profile,
within the WS+Jobs app:
select (...) More from your menu options and then choose Schools
Within the (...) More menu, the list of districts and campuses will be shown.
Selecting a campus makes blue options available at the top: Add to Favorites and Exclude
Once preferences are set, your campus selections will look as shown below
within your online profile at willsubplus.com:
select Settings from your menu options and then choose Schools
Within the Settings menu, the list of districts and campuses will be shown.

Once preferences are set, your campus selections will look as shown below
As these settings are available to you, should you move or change your mind, you can always adjust your Favorites or Excluded campuses.
