When you arrive on a campus, an administrator may ask for proof of credentials or certifications. Whether you are supporting an early childhood center, a campus with a specific focus/concentration or in a region that requires a substitute teacher certification, WillSub+ has you covered!
Based on Enriched communication with the campus, the request for these credentials is already set in WillSub+ and should be a prerequisite for any GE supporting this particular campus. This means you have already shared these documents with Enriched! You now just to need to provide the requested files to the campus. How can you do this?
Within your online WillSub+ profile at willsubplus.com, documents shared with Enriched are available to your profile.
Please note: Documents are only available in your online profile. They are NOT available in the WS+Jobs app.
1. Visit willsubplus.com and log in with the email address you have on file and your password.
*If you don’t know your password, select Forgot Password. You will have 10 minutes to reset it through the email sent to you.
2. Once in your profile, Select Documents > Files
Each File includes an attachment, noted in blue. Each blue attachment can be downloaded to your device and then shared with the campus - via email or electronically 'dropped' if devices are compatible.
3. If a line item contains more than one file (in the example: 3 Files), hover over the blue files and an additional menu will appear as shown below.
Once this pop up menu is available, each individual file can be selected and downloaded.
Once downloaded, they can be shared with the campus via email or electronically 'dropped' if devices are compatible.
Please note: in respect of your privacy, campuses do not have access to personal information within your WillSub+ profile, including documents and files in your profile. These must be requested. The campus is welcome to submit a request to the Care Team or to their district for these documents but this can cause delays in your support getting started for the day. Should the campus request these documents, you are now able provide them!
