New Guest Educator (GE) Orientation Sheet
Congratulations on your employment with Enriched! We are excited to have you on board. This document contains a brief overview of important Enriched information. Please fully review this, along with any other documents provided by your recruiter, to ensure you understand expectations and policies, have access to the needed portals and know how to connect with Enriched support when needed.
All Enriched GEs and administrators receive support from the Enriched Care Team via Zendesk. While a Help/Support link is available within WillSub+, this does not connect you with Enriched support.
Enriched has a dedicated team available Monday through Friday 4am to 7pm ET. Any questions, concerns, schedule inquiries or cancellations, payroll concerns, incidents, general inquiries – all support – can be found by submitting a ticket. Tickets submitted outside of live Care Team hours will be answered when a team member is online.
The Enriched Care Team does not offer phone support at this time.
Oasis/Paychex (payroll)
GEs can access their payroll profile and pay information via Oasis/Paychex. Login information has already been sent to the email on file provided during recruiting, including a payroll calendar. Please use this link to access your payroll profile:

*For payroll account support, please connect with the Paychex® Employee Service Center. They can assist Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST at (877) 799-3035.
*For payroll errors (missing/inaccurate pay, timesheet adjustments or questions), please connect with the Enriched Care Team by submitting a ticket.
willsub+ and WS+Jobs app
willsub+ is the proprietary software used by Enriched and their partner districts to request and schedule GEs to support their campus in daily, short term and long-term roles. willsub+ also houses GE timesheets, which directly populate pay. Please take some time to review our FAQ articles about willsub+ and the WS+Jobs app.
*As a reminder, the support prompts available within willSub+ do not connect you with Enriched support. Please connect with our dedicated team by submitting a ticket.
Frontline/Absence Management (Florida GEs only)
Frontline/Absence Management is scheduling software thousands of districts across the United States. Enriched charter school partners in Florida will request and schedule GEs via Frontline. While schedules are managed within Frontline but GEs should be reporting hours worked within willsub+.
